Is Technology Limiting Creativity Essay Writing?

Is Technology Limiting Creativity Essay Writing?Does technology limiting creativity, or is it a valid argument? Or should you embrace the notion that technology does indeed help and that you shouldn't restrict your creativity because of technological issues? My thoughts on this topic are below. On the one hand, while many may be quick to say that the current generation's author's creativity is being impacted by the Internet, what's more likely, is that the generation before that was competing with the Internet. When the invention of the printing press came along, authors were in a race to publish their writings on as many different types of paper and ink as possible. They simply couldn't compete with the speed of printing presses and technology like the printing press.Of course, in the end, when the world has become technologically advanced and able to have access to almost everything we'd ever dream of having, there are only two things that can hurt us. The first thing that will hurt us, is the fear of technology. And it isn't the technology that will cause you problems, it's the fear of technology. Now technology doesn't have to do that much harm to you.Unfortunately, many people get so wrapped up in their computers, smartphones, cell phones, tablets, and other devices that they lose sight of what it is they were doing before. As an example, take the individual who was surfing the Internet and you see them surfing at an amazing speed. They might even pay for several months' worth of unlimited usage and their friends and family will marvel at how fast they seem to get information. You'd think that they've just 'been in touch' with the Net for years, but in reality they're just a few years older than the average person. What they do not realize is that the world around them has been 'on the Net' for years.Don't worry, I'm not against technology per se, but you have to remember that just because technology is an invention of man, doesn't mean that it's an essentia l part of man. So if you're writing an essay, then you need to remember that you must consider some of the people who have been writing essays and re-imagine your essay as a depiction of the 'Future.' It's amazing how many points of view that a good essay will contain but don't forget that you're representing a point of view and the truth is always objective.Essays are supposed to allow you to explore different ideas and thoughts that can't be expressed in writing, but of course, when you go back over the essay that you've written before, you can't help but realize that you've covered the same topics over again. Don't worry, your essay isn't a bad thing, but it just might be that you've got some things to add, or maybe more information that you would've had if you had gone through and thought about these ideas in the same way, or perhaps even thought of it differently. In conclusion, technology isn't the culprit here, it's just another tool, and of course, you can't blame it for what you've done, so don't throw it all away because you feel that you're losing the plot. Think about the point of view you're trying to get across to your reader, as well as the subject of your essay. As you can see, technology isn't that big of a deal, but it really just comes down to some people being more comfortable than others when it comes to this issue.
